[Bryn-gwlad] Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad !

 As the temperatures keep varying from hot to cold (seemingly every day), be doubly sure to keep yourselves well hydrated by consuming plenty of non-caffeinated sports drinks or water.  Also, since this is the season to spread germs, bugs, plagues and  other diseases, the following simple rules will help contain the nasty critters:
 1. If you are sick - STAY HOME!
 2. Do not share cups, bottles, or other drinking vessels with anyone.
 3. Use sanitizer on your hands after using the "facilities".
 4. If you are sick - STAY HOME!

While the Populace of this Barony are know far and wide for their giving spirits - in this case we prefer you to be entirely selfish.
