Yes, you are right Susan, my reasons on why we have lost members was only
about paid members we have lost recently.  It didn't even discuss the
potential new members that we have not been welcoming enough, not
encouraging enough, etc.

This is a very valid point, no matter what demo we decide to do, we need to
remember that this will create more work for all of us that attend PiP
regularly.  We will *all* need to be more outgoing, more inclusive, and more
welcoming.  Although we have a hospitaller and he has a deputy, it comes
down to each of our job to make sure to welcome and include people we do not
know.

I know that many times people are afraid that they'll be mistaken about the
person being new, but that's o.k.  It is better to be over-friendly.
