I'd suggest you keep it loose. Have a table with info and displays and a 
roped-off area to fight/dance/whatever, as well as a 'backstage' area to 
keep things in and for fighters to relax in when not fighting or 
schmoozing the crowd. Also, don't have any fighting going on when they 
open the theater for a showing; the folks at Alamo would proably like to 
get their patrons inside in good order rather than having the line stall 
because they'd like to watch 'just one more fight'.
