Okay, I'm really going to stick my foot in it here; yes, I do think the
burden is on the Barony, the newcomer has already taken some initiative by
showing up. Part of the Hospitaler's job should be to find out what the
newcomer is interested in and guide them in the right direction, rather than
spending "30 minutes discussing heavy fighting to a newcomer who has no
