[Bryn-gwlad] Usage of e-lists

Greetings family one and all.
 
I have been reading the multitude of posts that have been coming forth on this lists.  We all agree that there is a problem that needs to be addressed.  This list is the perfect place for that.  HOWEVER, please remember that we should not be using this list to cast blame, flame others, or stoke the flames of our "little fights" that all families have.
 
Our Barony isn't perfect.  Neither is anyone in it.  I am asking this because I have become very uncomfortable in reading posts that are becoming quite heated and inappropriate for a public forum.  I have also found myself feeling angry at people that I don't even know very well because of remarks that are made in haste or out of ignorance in a forum that is notorious for misinterpretation.  
 
I have been in the society for 16 years.  This Barony is now my home and, with the exception of a small few, has opened its arms to me.  Let us all try to do the same and if we feel that someone isn't doing things the way that we would want, offer suggestions to help.  Anyone can criticize but change comes from stepping up to do something.  
 
I remind you of this because it would be a shame to see our numbers drop in the "established" members as well because we can't contain our comments.
