Good Gentles,
   
  This long weekend has sparked some very lively debates over Newcomers and Demos.
   
  I would like to ask, and this is a request, since it is neither my place nor prerogative end any ability to discuss any item of importance to the Barony on this list, that as a whole we stop and take a collective breath.  Please allow time for what suggestions, hopes, and complaints that have been brought forth to be disseminated. 
   
  Please also remember this is a volunteer organization.  Every individual who has taken on an office in this Barony is volunteering their own time to try and make this hobby of ours be successful and accessible to as many of us as possible.  Please give the officers of the Barony time to evaluate and consider what has been put forth and implement what appears to be the most feasible.
