I wasn't trying to say that younger people were better
members but that we need more people to start young in the sca and grow
with it, we have lots of great older members now but they won't be here
forever, we need to realize that so we can start a cycle, catch them young so
that in 10-20 years they have the experience with the sca to keep it going. As
for what I do I have gone to every demo except one I believe since I joined the sca
and am working with Isabellica and others to work on our recruiting. What have
