I was 30 plus when the SCA found me and I still have a lot to do and
learn 
in the the SCA. So I'd think twice be for I started kicking out the OLD
peeps.

With age comes wisdom ( and great stories ). MOST 20 somethings don't
have YET. If what you mean is you think we need younger members then I
ask 
you what are you doing to change that?
