Whew! Ok its getting hot in here.

I would just like to add in as a mid-twenties
participant in the SCA.

There are probably more of us around than you see.
Recruited in our early 20's but now in the middle of
life establishment and unable to be around much.

The problem with us "younger" members is that sure we
have the time in college, but once we are out of that
we are spending more time establishing carreers or
families, to really be able to dedicate our time to
the SCA. I really think that you see people averaging
in the 30's and 40's because by that time in life
people tend to be more in a rythym and more settled in
how they want to spend thier free time.

So I just wanted to point out that it may not be that
we don't have enough 20 something members, but more
that those 20 somethings tend to not be around much or
too distracted with other possible activities.

Oh and Master Pendaran tends to recruit by bringing us
20 something actresses into the Baron's Men :)Which
works just fine for me.

Who intends to be more active once she can stop
pouring all her time into establishing her career and
exploring other activities :)
