 Apprentice Chirurgeon changes to Chirurgeon-in-Training--probably will be easier
 for those with advanced certs to accept over 'apprentice'. And yes, you can
 make CIT jokes. :-)
 
 Journeyman Chirurgeon becomes 'Chirurgeon'.
 
 Master Chirurgeon has been changed to Mentor Chirurgeon. I know some of you
 like it and some of you are not too thrilled with it, but it probably is a
 better descriptor of what the master chirurgeon 'rank' was really intended to
 be.
 
 All regalia/baldrics/stripe designations stay the same, only the names are
 changed.
 
 The Board has also asked that all references to Chirurgeon General be changed to
 Society Chirurgeon. That's probably more salient for the Kingdom Chirurgeons
 than anyone else, but if you all have local or regional items, they should be
 changed.
 
 Previously published materials that are not policy, like 'how-to' articles,
 histories, etc. don't have to be changed. Newly written or revised items should
 use the SC title instead of CG and the new title designations for chirurgeons.
