Warmest Greetings!

We've been having great gatherings in the parks on Tuesday evenings AND on
Sunday afternoons.  Newer members, younger members, experienced members,
visitors from the neighborhoods, all enjoying our good life in Bryn Gwlad.

Tis now the month of the Lion, and we will be having some local tourneys in the
parks:

August 1st - Youth Rapier Tourney + A Light Tourney
August 13th - Archery Tourney
August 29th - A&S Tourney

Some of our friends will be traveling to Pennsic this month, and we wish them a
safe and enjoyable journey.  Many of our guilds remain active this month, and I
encourage everyone to see our calendar in the newsletter and on the web.

Planning has also begun for a special SCA demo for the Wells Branch community in
September.   This community has supported many of our activites, and this will
be an opportunity to thank them, and to invite more members.  Please contact
Lord Thomas if you can help with this effort.
