What is the Baronial Garrison?  Standing at the gates and accepting
bribes from merchants who want to avoid guild restrictions: great.
Walking on the battlements at night when Errol Flynn climbs over,
sneaks up behind me, and conks me over the head: ungreat.
(Especially because Errol Flynn has been dead for decades.)
In movies, at least, garrison troops see a lot more of the latter than
the former.
