[Bryn-gwlad] Garrison Practice

But we already HAVE a Baronial Guard!  As I recall, they guard the  taverns 
quite closely.  This is for those who would add to their training  the skills 
for melee combat with the hope of garnering more glory to our fair  Bryn Gwlad 
at melee events within the kingdom,  and most especially when we  face our 
friends from Trimaris next spring.  And anyway, Mr. Whatshisname  Flynn  fights 
with the wrong weapons and doesn't always have proper  engagement.  (That ought 
to start somethin'  heheheh!)
