[Bryn-gwlad] set up tomorrow

This is actually a multi regional event (not specifically just Bryn
Gwlad), so the sponsoring groups and individuals have the option of
putting a pavilion on the list field for use by all.  From my
understanding, there should be adequate numbers of pavilions and (I'm
taking a leap here...it's up to Alexis), if there is any space left over
I'm sure it can be filled in by personal pavilions but that likely won't
be known until after morning court on Sat.

BG is bringing their pavilion and we're setting it up around 6p tomorrow
evening.

I've never been out to this site, so forgive my ignorance.

If no personal pavilions are allowed near the list fields, is adequate
shade 
available for observers? Built-in shade? Plans to put circle the area
with 
group pavilion tops? I can't tell from the map and photos.
