[Bryn-gwlad] Personal Pavilions

This is what I received from Alexis re setting up personal pavilions:
   
  There will be space to set up pavilions, but we are reserving  the area 
most directly in front of the 'main stage' for large group pavilions.  
This will be the gallery area where everyone is invited to sit so that 
the competitors will have one primary audience to address.  We are 
hoping that by providing shaded space that we can get everyone 'close 
to the action', and that people will be able to more easily interact with 
the competitors.  As mentioned, there will be adjacent areas reserved 
for folks to set up their own pavilions for their personal gear so that 
we can keep the gallery as clear for seating as possible.
