Well met!

I wish to extend my personal thanks to those that made my children's first
event truly a memorable one - to those that personally took Cyndric and
Cylan under their wings and introduced them to the SCA in an involved manor
I thank you most graciously - they cannot stop talking about people, places
and things - they are very excited to have helped, understand their
contribution and loved the guidance and personal treatment they received.
It was also very exciting for the Queen to have recognized the water bearers
- wow, they all were excited at evening court on Saturday!  My daughter for
years has been asking me for a horse, heh heh, a common request at this age
- but to have volunteered for Equestrian has strengthened her resolve to
someday ride and perhaps compete herself :).  Both my children made me very
proud this weekend!

To Gwyneth I extend my apologies for underestimating the amount of food to
be delivered to the Pot Luck tables :(  I'm gladdened to know there was
plenty of food to be had :).

What a grand event to have attended! Everything was wonderful, exciting and
very colorful in so many ways - to everyone, my thanks!
