[Bryn-gwlad] Baronial badge

I seem to remember a couple of years ago some discussion on the list of a
baronial badge for marking baronial property.  Searching the archive pulled
up the following:

Is this currently being used to mark baronial property?   If so, does anyone
have an electronic copy around anywhere?
