[Bryn-gwlad] PiP Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad!
  Tonight will be warm and dry (no heat index to worry about - yay!), so be sure to start hydrating yourselves right now!  The more you are hydrated BEFORE coming to PiP tonight, the easier it will be to stay hydrated.  With the low humidity and cooler temperatures it will be easy to forget to drink plenty of non-caffeinated, low sugar liquids while participating in the physcial activities.  Remember, the Populace is responsible for providing their own liquids, so do not count on there being a cooler available.  And be sure to thank those individuals who do bring coolers for the fighters and general populace to use!
