Turn left over the freeway and left again onto the northbound frontage
road. Go north on the frontage road past the rest stop. The park entrance
is on the right, just over a small bridge.

Site information: The park has *lots* of trees, so most of it is in deep
shade. There is a small pavilion with some picnic benches in case it rains.
A bathroom is located just across the road from where we'll be, and
there's a good-sized parking lot about 20 yards away. There is a swing
set/sandbox right next to the pavilion and a playscape across the parking
lot. (The park has two or three baseball fields, but they don't seem to get
used much on Sunday afternoons.)

The only thing that's not particularly convenient is a drinking fountain,
so bring your own water. I have also agreed with the Parks Department that
we have *not* formally reserved the pavilion, so there's a chance someone
else may be using it for a birthday party, picnic or whatever. (Since we
started in March, that's only happened once, on Easter Sunday, but you
might want to bring a chair or blanket, just in case.)
