[Bryn-gwlad] McNeil Park outcome

FYI:
A girlfriend of mine setup a 40 yd target in her backyard in Austin (circle
C) and was told by a police officer living down the street that shooting a
bow and arrow is the same as discharging a firearm and is not allowed in
city limits, except on liscenced ranges (perhaps they don't have to be
indoor, but they do have to be sanctioned by the city in some capacity,
liscencing or whatever).

I know it can't be very easy because the owner of South Austin Karate
http://bakido.com/ has passion for both archery and knife throwing, they
setup an archery range for a while at their location in South Austin. It
took over a year to get it setup and qualified. Then it turned out to be too
difficult and expensive to maintain, so they shut it down.
