My Lord,
I have had great success in dealings with both 3 Rivers Archery and F&S Discount Archery (both of which have a web presence and paper catalogs) for archery supplies of all kinds.
 YIS,
 Ld. Alfred

Subject: [Bryn-gwlad] Arrow Q's

Greetings unto the populace of our fair barony,

I have a few questions on arrows for my ladies bow, the ones we got at Sportsmans Wharhouse are spined to lightly for the bow. I have a horsebow which is I'd guess a double-recurve? the document from the maker said use the chart as a "self bow", but the charts I have looked at show recurve and compound. So at a 40/28" it is either 40-45 or 50-55 spined shafts, which one should I use and does it make much of a difference between those two?

Also looking for some recommendations on were to purchase arrow making supplies, as arrows are exspensive, and I figure I'd just make some (which I did while I was younger, it has just been a while).

Crossbows, with the shoulder injury it is no longer feasble to use a regular bow, so was thinking to switch to a crossbow. I know we have a few pople in our barony who like them, was looking
for some feedback on the different styles.

  sincerely,
  Barnet
