Barnet,
It will depend on whether or not you intend to make regular arrows or crossbow bolts. Each type has tools best suited to their specific application.
For example, for regular arrows, I use the Arizona EZ Fletcher which allows me to mount all three fletches at the same time. This will not work for crossbow bolts.
For crossbow bolts, I use a bitzenberger (sp?) jig that allows me to properly fletch the bolts (two fletches, opposed). You can also use the "bitz" for regular arrows too.

I have another question on arrow making equipment, does anyone use or have a preference for a fletching jig and dipping tool? Was looking at the different one and they are all starting to look the same, it has been quit a while since I have done this and was looking for some input.
