>(http://sca.org/docs/govdocs.pdf) for Royal Sanctions says "The

The Board doesn't do any original action. The request for
Revocation and Denial (R&D) has always come from the Kingdom who banished
the individual and they generally uphold the decision. Any particulars are
discussed in closed executive session and the formal meeting is held
Saturday. You do hear bits and rumors from sitting in the meeting but it's
nothing I would publically say. (grin). If you use logic and think, you
could probably figure out some of it. I will say that this is the first
time the Board of Directors have removed any peerage from an individual so
I imagine it was for something that dishonored the ideals espoused by the
peerages.
I went to this Board meeting in Memphis as a guest and found it
interesting (even the boring bits) not from any political agenda but from
the fact that these people spend the entire weekend looking at budgets,
trying to figure out how to make the Corporation work (not the Kingdoms)
and actually how to fix problems. It's a big change from when they first
got started and how they do it now..... it's changed from 5 years
ago. Watching them go over the budget line by line and discuss every bit
of it (that took from 8 in the morning to about 5 in the evening) was very
enlightening.
Our Ombudsperson for the Kingdom (Gabrielle Underwood) is very
cool. I found every member of the Board friendly, interested in what I had
to say and serious about trying to do the best they could for the group. If
you ever have a chance to go to a meeting I would encourage you to do so.
