[Bryn-gwlad] recipes for the Yule revel

One of my favorite period cooking web sites is Gode Cookery,
http://www.godecookery.com/  They have lots of period recipies from all
over, give the original, the translation, and the modern redaction.  All the
recipies I have tried from this site  have been delicious.  Just a note
though, not all are period, but are "plausible" and they tell you if they
are not.
