I have an Oak stump that will work great, but it's at Liberty Hill. If I
could find a way to get it down here I will be happy to donate it to the
workshop. I will also start looking around for some more since I have a lot
of family that live in the country and that have access to wood.

I'm out of town 'til Saturday, but if you go harvesting, Gaston, I'd sure
appreciate it if you'd get me a hunk too.
Thanks, Uther

sir Lyonel,
sir Gaston asked me if I could swing by and pick them up; are they
portable yet? and what would be a good way to get intouch with you? wouldn't
do to just pull up and start loading stuff.
sincerely,
-barnet

What a fine evening!
My thanks to Lady Rhiannon, the Baronial Guard, and everyone
who helped make Tuesday evening so enjoyable. We had
16 fighters on the field and everyone fought VERY well!
When our Seneschal accidentally tried to kill the Baron,
she was quickly arrested and hauled into the court for
sentancing (to be concluded at the Land Court in January).
The Captain of the Guard and her officers did very well,
and they were the last ones standing after a final melee:
Baroness Claire, Lord Alfred, and Lord Rurik. I also
salute the tournament finalists: Don Maelgwyn,
Don Avery, and Lady Lissette. VIVAT!
This tourney was a dream I've had for a long time,
and I thank everyone who made it possible.
Life is Good!

Sixteen fighters... several of us were amused by the fact that a
"Tiny" Tourney in Bryn Gwlad can easily have more fighters than a
kingdom-level rapier tourney in some of the other kingdoms.

If no one else says they can do Saturday morning cashier, I can do it if
someone can come wake me up since I'll be working the 10-12 Friday night.
There's nothing else I'm supposed to be doing, so there's not really anyone
to object if go take a nap.

Me and my lady plan to goto the event, and since I now have a bum-arm, I'd
be willing to do a shift if someone is still needed.
