[Bryn-gwlad] Weekly Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad!
 As we enjoy the cooler weather the fall season brings to our fairest of Baronies, be sure to continue your good hydration practices you have practiced during this past rather brutal summer.  Take time, whether you are fighting or not, to imbibe plenty of non-caffeinated liquids, preferably low sugar (water, sports drinks, etc.) throughout your activities this evening.  You can dehydrate just as easily in the cool weather as in the hot weather.

Also, with our upcoming Baronial Hunt at the end of the month, there is a need for waterbearers to assist at the event.  Please contact Lady Alina (before or at the event) if you can be of assistance in this vital area.
