  I actually sent that email from work.  She told me and I forgot.  When I do something wrong its usually because I did something without her assistance :)
   
  I mainly wanted to confirm and let you know that the children's activities will be occurring in a pavilion where the merchants normally sit.  I'm not sure if you've been to this site before but you pass by the gate and  the road splits in two and the left most path moves away from the trees a bit to create a small area on the left of the road.  The children's pavilion will be there.  We will be expecting you there at 2pm to assist with butter making.  We've allotted an hour for this but it probably won't take quite that long.
   
  I just wanted to make sure you knew where to go.
   
  Again my apologies for misremembering the new name.
