[Bryn-gwlad] To the officers

Good Afternoon,

I have had several requests from officers asking about how much their office
has spent in the past so that they may prepare their budgets for the coming
year (which is due on Tuesday, October 31, 2006)

I have available a spreadsheet that shows the expenditures for each office
for as far back as I have records in Quicken (12/20/2006).  It has been
posted to the Bryn Gwlad Officer's Mailing list for the most expedient
distribution.  If you are an officer, and not signed up on the BG Officer's
mailing list, let me know so that I can forward the spreadsheet to you
directly.
