It's possible to cut, pound, planish and sand a pair
of cops in about 4 hours if you really hussle and have
done it before.  For most folks it would take more
like 6 to 8 hours.  The raw materials probably cost
less than $10.  All things considered it's pretty
tough to compete with the site Sir Lyonel linked to. 
They may be using a press instead of hammering them
out.
