Glad you had a good time...so did I!
  Just an FYI, there is usually an event add linked to the Kingdom Calendar (access from ansteorra.org) which will give you all the information the autocrat has planned...in all honesty, however, I once heard Duke Patrick say that a fighter never goes to an event w/o his armor...I suppose that would apply to archers also:)

  Had a chance to watch the Royal Archery Hunt and have to say it was very well done. I do wish I had not listened when I was told that archery this weekend was combat only since I did not bring my bow or crossbow ( I would have come in dead last but it still would have been fun). The people from the independent Archery Company in the kingdom are very nice and I even had the chance to get a combat arrow making session.
