There is a place in the Central Market shopping center on Lamar.  I think
they will do it for you but I can not think of their name at the moment.
 
Maybe Mad Potter or that could be another one in Austin.

Speaking of dishware - can someone recommend a local place that lets you pay
to have pieces fired in their kiln?  I'm interested in following up on the
Maiolica information I sent the link to but don't have a clue how to go
about arranging to have pieces fired.
