[Bryn-gwlad] Traffic Control for the Hill at Baronial...Help Needed

Greetings....

My Lady and I have volunteered to head up the team that will perform 
traffic control duties on the hill coming onto the site for Baronial in Oct.

We need some volunteers to give us a hand.

Plans are to run 2 hour shifts. We will need help from about 4pm Friday 
to about Midnight or so and then Sat from about 7am to about 11am or Noon.

A question I have is, do we do traffic control on Sunday for those 
departing? I would assume not, but I need to know.

There will be radios for communication up and down the hill, I will have 
a shade at the top to be under and also at the bottom if needed. Water, 
drinks will be provided.
