Christian Doré gave a good description of one of the Moustache War
battles and said:

I would love to see these some time. I was there, but is nice to have
other viewpoints.

A rather period occurrence.

This sounds like it was from someone in Bryn Gwlad, rather than from
someone from the Steppes, even though you were fighting for Bryn
Gwlad. The only one who had any problem with this should have been
Don Robin. In period, one solution was for the person with two such
commitments was to hire a mercenary to fight for that other side.

"Our opponents, not our enemies". A very nice way of putting it. Thanks.
