[Bryn-gwlad] Baronial Hill Traffic Control Team

Greetings....

My Lady and I have volunteered to head up the team that will perform
traffic control duties on the hill coming onto the site for Baronial in Oct.

We need some more volunteers to give us a hand.

I have had a few of folks volunteer, but I need several more.

Plans are to run 2 hour shifts. We will need help from about 4pm Friday
to about Midnight or so and then Sat from about 7am to about 11am or Noon.

There will be radios for communication up and down the hill, I will have
a shade and chairs at the top to be under and also at the bottom if 
needed. Water, drinks will be provided.

a couple of choices of shifts or times available.

Friday:

4pm to 6pm: 	Top: HE Kezia
		Bottom: Thomas of Conway

6pm to 8pm:	Top:

8pm to 10pm:	Top:

		Bottom:


Saturday:

7am to 9am:	Top:
		Bottom:

9am to 11am:	Top:
		Bottom:

I have names of a couple of other persons that have expressed help, but 
I need to check with them as to shift time and position.

There will be shade, chairs and drinks at the top and bottom.
