[Bryn-gwlad] Boars Head?

I am sure someone on this list can point me to sources for this. 

My sister needs information on how to go about preparing a traditional Boars Head for a feast, starting with the head of a feral 
pig. 

Any reousrces you can point me to to help her out would be welcome. 

BTW, will something like this be part of the Feast for the Baronial Hunt?
