The non-contact is a SEPERATE authorization.  The majority of the regional officers (KM, Rapier, WB, Chirurgeon, etc.) can authorize for non-contact.  However, if you want to be authorized for non-contact by a regional or kingdom waterbearer, you MUST attend a "Waterbearing 101" class before you can be duly authorized for non-contact.  This is per the Kingdom Waterbearer.

Oh! It sounds like things have changed from what I remembered. You need both a "non-contact" authorization and a separate waterbearing class?


What is required for the non-contact authorization? Is being done at the same time as the waterbearing class?


If someone already has an armored combat or rapier combat authorization, does that include the non-contact authorization? Or do they need to get that as well to waterbear?
