Yes and no.  Since you already have a NCA (non-contact authorization), you are technically cleared to waterbear on the "field".
However, in the interest of fighter safety, I would strongly recommend anyone interested in waterbearing at events to take this class.

I have a non-contact authorization. I believe most who get a fighting or 
marshalling authorization also get authorized for non-contact.  Would I still 
need to take the waterbearing class to do waterbearing on the field?
