[Bryn-gwlad] Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad - foremost Barony in the Land of the Sable Star and beyond.

This is to remind you begin preparing for tomorrow's PiP and Fighters Practice by drinking plenty of non-caffeinated, low sugar, non-carbonated, non-alcoholic beverages tonight  and all day tomorrow.  This will allow your tissues to  become sufficiently saturated that  when you are exerting yourselves tomorrow evening your  body will be ready  (water-wise, anyway).

Thank you one and all.   I and the other Chirurgeons in the Barony greatly appreciate the Populace's successful conspiracy to keep us bored.
