[Bryn-gwlad] Broken jousting lance?

Problem with this request is that while we intentionally break the
tips, and we sometimes accidentally crunch the tubes, we almost never
break a handle. So a broken lance isn't as simple as it sounds.
Most folks will be loath to give up a handle as that is the part that
talks the real work to build. They might be better off just
inventing a broken lance that looks like one from period...
