[Bryn-gwlad] The Taxman Cometh, This Tuesday - A Rapier Tiny Tourney

This coming Tuesday a Fun & Interesting Tiny Tourney will be held for
the Rapier fighters of Bryn Gwlad (and any visitors who wish to
participate)

Please show up early for Armor inspection and list sign-up, we will
strive to start the tourney at 7:30 sharp.

Those who enter the tourney will be suffering from familial
obligations.  You will find that your cousin has frivolously gambled
away his tax payment which is now due.  Kindhearted soul that you are
(and because certain elder relatives made it know that you were
EXPECTED too) you have volunteered to make his tax payment for him and
are rushing too the city to do so.

First "Round": You're dressed too finely, sumptuary taxes at the gate
but you only have _just_ enough to pay your cousin's taxes.  Get past
the gate guard(s) and dodge up the alley.

Second Round:  Oops!  You've run over another gentle in the alley and
a duel is called for ...

Third Round:  You've survived thus far now you're at the inner gate to
the city and the guard has said your sword's length runs afoul the law
...

Fourth Round: the tax offices ...
