I don't believe we had rain for His Excellency's special tourney last fall.  
But yes, it does seem to often happen.  I guess it gives a chance to prove 
our flexibility?  As long as it's not cold enough to make the weapons 
shatter...

You know... it always seems to rain when we plan tiny tourneys in advance. I
say the next one, we don't announce until the day of. :)
