In my experience, it is quite easy to put up a variety of the more
authentic style canvas pavilions by one's self.  The wedges and wheel
types in particular, and I can even put my 10x14 "Marquis" alone and
faster than any mundane tent I've ever owned.

I use a 10x10 pop up   it's small enough for just me
if need be.   It's easy enough to get someone to help
pull the tent out.  it sets up in a couple of minutes.
   $190 at costco.
