[Bryn-gwlad] fighter practice rain out location

I'm game.  Where exactly is this overpass?  The
Handcock center is pretty close to the park we
normally meet in, right?  The area's pretty built up
so there might be enough light from the road to fight
by.  Not that light's really a prerequisite for me to
fight.  Is it paved, or dirt?
