[Bryn-gwlad] fighter practice rain out location

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade (really!) but here's what 
accuweather.com is saying:

   The atmosphere over Central and South Texas will quickly destabilize 
again Tuesday
   afternoon, leading to an outbreak of strong to severe thunderstorms which 
will persist into
   the evening. Very warm and moist air at the surface will surge into the 
region while a pocket
   of cool air will exist well above the surface, creating the high 
instability. The greatest threat
   from the thunderstorms will be large hail, flooding downpours, and cloud 
to ground lightning.

I don't think a busy underpass at night is a good idea when there's a risk 
of large hail, flooding, and
cloud-to-ground lightning. Been way too close to the latter once 
(cloud-to-water, if you want to quibble)
and I don't ever want to repeat that experience. I know you guys want to 
beat each other up, but please
