You know, it's so hard to haul those horses around, wouldn't it be great if the equestrians got together and had a few events a year where multiple groups could choose thier equestrian champions?  We could put them together and have an Ansteorran Equestrian War company<G>  Or we could have regional Equestrian Champions instead of local ones...the Southern Regional Equestrian Champion would represent all the groups of the South...
  just some thoughts...
