[Bryn-gwlad] championships

I could give you an answer to that one, actually. I used to spend a great
deal of my waking hours on an online Lord of the Rings game -- not the
flashy kind with pictures and blood spatter effects but a bit more like a
gigantic network of chatrooms with ongoing plots and epic battles and
intimate moments. You could have a character hanging out in an inn or
sparring with friends and trouncing enemies on the field. There was all
kinds of courtly love and honor and duty and I was a tall willowy lady with
grey eyes and long black hair. It was pretty awesome.

And as much amazing fun as I had being a tall willowy milady with grey eyes
and long black hair, I'd still give it all up (and I did give it up!) for an
evening at Don Shamino's tavern with a glass of port and a new story to tell
and another new one to listen to.

Your mileage, obviously, may vary.
