Yes, I know that that's not anywhere near UT. I even understand what
Lazlo said. Believe it or not, I read quite well.
What I was pointing out is that the Barony already has an official
practice for archery on sundays and that the site would be very well
suited to a heavy practice as well. I was acknowledging that is wasn't
where Lazlo was talking about, but that it's still a very good place to
hold a practice.
While it might be nice to have a practice on or near UT, Lazlo has
stated that on campus isn't possible at this time, and that he hasn't
found anything off campus in the area.
My point, which you chose to ignore, is that we might be better off not
having two different practices on the same day in different parts of
town, when we have a site that can be good for both. I doubt that UT
students who want to participate will find Twin Lakes park too far to
get to. And there are other options for getting visibility on campus;
while a fighter practice is a good way to be seen it isn't the only way.
We can't come to a decision if we don't discuss the idea, and we can't
hav a discussion if different ideas aren't considered.
