[Bryn-gwlad] being ignored

I really do not want to be negative, but I'm almost positive we've had this same discussion with you before. I also believe I have personally talked to you about joining in on activities. We all have a responsibility to welcome new people but the new people have a responsibility too. If you would like to discuss becoming more involved, please feel free to write me privately and I can recommend some people who can help you with the things you are interested in.

Unfortunately, milady, I must beg to differ with you. I am an ex-SCA member
and last year was thinking about getting involved again (I still think about
it periodically, which is why I am still on this group); so, I went to the
PiP a few times. With 2 exceptions (and these were people I knew vaguely
from other ambiances), I was totally ignored. Although there is a part of
me that still loves what the SCA is all about, I've been very hesitant to
try to come back, based on this experience. And, yes, I went more than
once; at least 3 and maybe 4 times; everytime with the same result.
