Regia anglorum   http://www.regia.org  is a
reenactment group in England that specifies to
anglo-saxon england  950-1066.  They would be a really
good start.  They try to be extremely accurate in
their work as they do a lot of film work as well as
educational demos.

They provide an abundance of resources on everything
saxon
