[Bryn-gwlad] Remember to Hydrate

Greetings Bryn Gwlad - foremost jewel in the crown of the Sable Star!

While we are getting a bit of a break from the rampant heat of an Ansteorran summer, the high humidity will make it difficult for our bodies to divest themselves of excess heat.  You can add approximately ten (10) degrees farenheit to the current temperature for the heat index temperature (which is what your body reacts to).

 As sun goes down, the humidity level is expected to increase - so please drink plenty of low sugar, non-caffeinated, non-alcholic liquids before and during PiP tonight.

Parents - remind your children to take in plenty of liquids.

Also, a general reminder that each member of the populace is responsible for bringing their OWN water/hydration beverage.

Take care, be safe, rehydrate often.
